The test speaks of 1,309 points in single-core and 4,546 points in multi-core. We contextualize with the competition:

- Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (S22 Ultra): 1,224 / 3,445
- Exynos 2200 (S22 Ultra): 945 / 2.889
- A15 Bionic (iPhone 13 Pro): 1,733 / 4,751
The pure numbers and the table below show that the Apple chip is still a step forward, especially in single-core, but that of MediaTek is really close to it in multi-core.
As we well know benchmark scores don’t tell the whole story when it comes to the performance of a device; and by the way it is easy for the data to be significantly influenced by parameters that we do not know, such as the CPU governor and the development status of the device – not to mention that it is not even that difficult to completely falsify them.
It is however interesting to observe that the Dimensity 9000 is the only chip besides Apple A15 Bionic to be produced by TSMC’s foundries; the others come from those of Samsung. The possible superiority of Dimensity 9000 has been rumored for a few months, but it is clear that the more time passes, the more, it is supposed, the platform is refined and complete, and therefore the more credible the results become.
