Enel X Way and Conad renew the agreement for columns in supermarkets

In this regard, the news arrives that Enel X Way has renewed the agreement of collaboration with Conad thanks to which, in 2021 alone, around 100 charging points were installed in the Conad network of stores. In addition, there are eight ultrafast charging points currently being installed.

Overall, since the collaboration began at the end of 2017, 400 charging points for public use have been placed near the chain’s stores, of which 100 fast.

Thanks to this agreement, additional columns will be installed in the Conad points of sale in the future, which will make the charging network managed by Enel X Way even more widespread. To date, Enel X Way it has installed 15,000 charging points all over the country. It is worth noting that the Enel X Way recharging points for electric vehicles, located inside the parking lots of the Conad points of sale, only supply energy produced from renewable sources.

The renewal of the collaboration will therefore allow Enel X Way to carry on its work of “electrification” of the Italian territory.
